For the first few months you will be mentored and will have additional ongoing support and coaching from your Team Leader; there could be the opportunity to pursue technical certifications and qualifications.

- Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware faults
- Provide a professional interface to clients, acting as their Single Point of Contact for their issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients
- Consultation to external customers on networking, configuration, troubleshooting and administration
- A trades certificate in Electrical Engineering (EWRB) preferred
You must be well organised and self motivated as the environment is fairly informal, with the emphasis on customer service and quality.
