Sandra Milsom -  Managing Director

As Managing Director of the business in Whangarei, Sandra has 12 years’ recruitment experience. With a strong focus on representing senior managers, her knowledge and expertise comes from working at Chief Executive Level with most Local Authorities, the Health Sector and latterly with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minster in England. Having emigrated in 2004 from London with Alan Shearer’s number one fan, her remit is to raise the standards of Recruitment Practise throughout the Northland region.

Sandra is active in various community and business groups within Whangarei.

Sarah Armstrong – Senior Consultant

An Accountant in a previous life, Sarah made the transition into Recruitment just over 3 years’ ago having worked for Hudson in Brisbane. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Psychology, she is responsible for permanent administration and accounting vacancies and manages our Temp Team, placing short and long term assignments in businesses all over Northland. Now living the wonderful kiwi life-style out at Whangarei Heads with her long-term Northland born partner, she is a charming and highly professional member of our team.

Rachel Wilson Fulton - Senior Consultant

Rachel Wilson Fulton is orginally from Hamilton and now lives in Whangarei with her husband and two sons.  With a Post Graduate Diploma Majoring in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Property Majoring in Management, coupled with  a background in merchant banking and property, she will be responsible for Banking and Property Recruitment. We are delighted to have her on board and enjoying her vibrant personality.
